languages are good for you!
I'm excited to be running a workshop at John Lewis in Cheltenham on 29th January, where I will be giving an overview of recent scientific research that shows what an incredible tool languages are for keeping our brains active and healthy for as long as possible. I'll then explore different methods for getting some language into your daily routine - the mental equivalent of your 10,000 steps. It doesn't matter how bad you think you are at languages: everyone is a linguist, and we all start somewhere (otherwise, how are you even reading this?)
